The staff was attentive and consistently courteous, offered great services. The property's location was excellent and incredible, to 2 other larger ski resorts. What's more, it was so close to restaurants, food and snacks shops, souvenir shops, ski rentals, skiing and snow boarding school.

The room was fashionable and big size with a hairdryer, a shower cap, and towels in the private bathroom. The hotel was in a stunning and incredible location, right next to the slopes.

The hotel was upscale and absolutely great, enjoyed river view from our twin room. The location was magnificent and particularly good, adjacent to restaurants, food shops and snacks shops, souvenir shops, ski rentals, skiing and snow boarding school, Naeba Prince and fantastic skiing. We stayed for 2 nights here, loved Naeba district.

Staying here for skiing was nice, totally recommendable. Everything was well-maintained, excellant stuff, amazing views of the mountain. The food was affordable, with good choice of options. As for me, the location was marvellous and stunning, just next door to restaurants, food shops and snacks shops, souvenir shops, ski rentals, skiing and snow boarding school and main restaurantes and convenient shops and facilities.

The hotel's position was particularly good and magnificent, just next door to the convenience stores in the resort, food shops and snacks shops, and many restaurants as well as food court. Furthermore, to Echigo-Yuzawa station.

Marvellous and beautiful location to the ski slopes and easy access to souvenir stores and convenience stores. The incredibly nice and affable staff and their quick responses to my needs.

The hotel was in a beautiful location, in building 3 which is the main area. Our room was new-fashioned and retro with the splendid veiw of the ski slopes and the overall experience was really nice;)))

Fantastic location right in front of the ski lifts. The all-in-one complex is convenient with everything you need, including restaurants, shops, and even hot springs. The hotel staff were very helpful during my stay. Overall I highly recommend this hotel.

great location, ski in and ski out. Lots of restaurant choices for dinner which made it super convenient in bad weather. Sushi restaurant was really nice.

The Naeba Prince Hotel in Yuzawa, Niigata was absolutely amazing. They provided us with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The room had a great heating system, a personal safe, and a mini-fridge. We were thrilled to find hairdryers, a shower cap, and plenty of towels in the bathroom. The hotel's convenient location meant that we could simply walk down to Arm for a delicious lunch. Plus, the prices were very reasonable.
